Do you want to teach me what I know? That’s the most common statement you’d hear from arrogant Nigerian lecturers. As students, we also fall into this pit of delusion when we’ve learned something for a thousand hours.
The catch in knowledge is - the biggest thing holding you back may not be what you don’t know, but what you think you know.
Real growth comes from questioning what you know, constantly, because the world is changing fast, and the skills that got you here won’t always get you there.
So, every day, every week, and every month is a new challenge for you. Let go of what you call “secret knowledge”. Make space for fresh ideas, and better ways of thinking.
Unlearning isn’t starting all over, it’s leveling up.
Keep evolving, and stay focused.
