Last week, I talked about why you should unlearn old ideas. But I should also mention why many people find it hard to do. Many online gurus peddle information as “secrets”, thereby making their disciples see ideas as gold.
Here’s the truth - there’s no secret knowledge - only the willingness to share, learn and grow together. Being an “open book” isn’t about giving away your advantages, it’s about multiplying your opportunities.
When you share what you know, you reinforce your own learning, attract like-minded people, and build a reputation as someone who lifts others up.
So, here’s the challenge - Post what you're learning, teach someone something new, or simply be open about your process. The more you give, the more you grow.
