Ever sat down to “check something quickly” and suddenly an hour disappeared? Time slips through our fingers when we don’t track it, and most of us underestimate just how much can be done in small pockets of time.
Five minutes is enough to send that email you’ve been putting off. Twenty minutes can get you through a focused learning session. An hour? That’s long enough to make real progress on a skill, a project, or a side hustle. The problem isn’t time - it’s awareness.
Training your mind to recognize the true value of time changes everything. Instead of saying, “I don’t have time,” start asking, “How can I use these next 10 minutes?” Track where your time actually goes. You’ll be shocked at how much is lost to distractions - and how much you can gain by being intentional.
This week, try it: Pick one task and set a timer. Watch what happens when you fully engage. Mastering time isn’t about having more of it - it’s about using what you already have wisely.
