Thanni Digital is hiring a Community Manager Intern!
We're looking for a Community Manager Intern to help us manage the growing NDZ ecosystem — from Telegram to our private forums, events, and beyond. This is a 6-month remote internship with real responsibility and real growth.
What you'll be doing:
Keep the NDZ Academy forum active, helpful, and spam-free
Manage conversations on Telegram, encourage engagement, and spotlight valuable community insights
Assist with virtual event planning, live sessions, and member feedback loops
Monitor sentiment, flag issues, and keep our culture strong
Suggest ideas for improving onboarding, engagement, and retention
Collaborate with the content and ops team on campaigns, launches, and experiments
What we’re looking for:
Strong written communication (you must be clear, not just “good”)
Friendly, professional online vibe — you don’t ghost people
Comfortable with platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Organized and responsive — you can juggle without dropping the ball
Loves community building, growth, and digital culture
Hungry to learn. Not afraid to take initiative or ask questions
Bonus: You have experience running a small community or social account
