I’m a very big fan of Jony Ive, the most famous designer of apple products. His work reminds me that greatness isn’t loud - it’s meticulous. Every cut deliberate. Every edge refined. You don’t just ship something good; you sculpt something exceptional.
This applies to more than design. Whether you’re writing code, editing a video, designing a deck, or learning a new skill, the difference between “okay” and “wow” often lies in the details. The extra pass. The second look. The polish.
At NDZ, we don’t rush. We refine. Because skill is built in the quiet moments - when no one’s watching, but you’re still putting in the work to make it better.
So this week, I challenge you: pick one thing you’ve been working on, and zoom in. Tighten one line. Clean up one edge. Refactor. Rethink. Refine. That’s how you go from good to great.
— Stay focused
