Life can be hard. No matter how much you think you’ve figured things out, you’d keep facing new roadblocks that make you question why you’re doing that thing in the first place.
This doesn’t have to be about work, it could also be your devices. Your phone is constantly buzzing and you have no idea of what “urgency” means anymore.
Here’s the truth - Life doesn’t have to be fast. You don’t have to be fast at life either.

So this week, I’m challenging you to take a deep breath. Stop. Exhale.
Try the “3-3-3 breathing”. Inhale for 3 counts. Hold for 3. Exhale for 3. Do it 3 times whenever you feel rushed.
