For this task, I want you to step into the shoes of a Marketing Systems Specialist conducting an audit for a new clinic client.
Your Task:
Create a Google Doc or Notion page outlining the complete "Lead-to-Patient" journey. Your documentation must include:

2️⃣ The Friction Points: Identify at least three bottlenecks in a typical clinic's manual process (e.g., delayed follow-ups, lost data between spreadsheets, or missed appointment confirmations).
3️⃣ The CRM Solution: Write a brief proposal outlining which CRM features (like auto-reply templates, calendar sync, or SMS reminders) would solve the bottlenecks you identified.
