Before you start connecting nodes in Make.com or n8n, you have to know exactly how the data flows. You cannot build a solution without fully grasping the problem first.
For this task, I want you to identify a real bottleneck that a typical Nigerian school or SME faces. Think about a process that is entirely manual and wastes too much time—like data entry, invoice generation, or lead follow-ups.
Your Task:
Create a Google Doc or Notion page detailing the manual process and your proposed automation flow. Your documentation must include:
1️⃣ The Manual Process: Write down exactly how the business currently handles the task. What steps are they taking, and where is the human error occurring?
2️⃣ The Tool Stack: Identify the platforms they are currently using (e.g., Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Gmail).
3️⃣ The Automation Plan: Write a step-by-step logic map for how Make.com or n8n will solve the issue using webhooks or instant triggers.
