Your week 2 assignment is to pair with a copy buddy. Create a fictional business problem that can be solved with software. This can be a SaaS or mobile app. Your task is to come up with the landing page copy.
To get started, create a discussion with the title of the product or service. E.g - "Baber Shop SaaS LP Copy" or "Food Delivery Mobile App LP Copy"
How to work with your buddy:
One of you will act as a client, and the other, a copywriter. In essence, you will both work on the copy, but you want to choose a role in the public discussion. To start, the client will post a job request, and you, as the copywriter will come up with a response that is a proposal. Again, you should work on the response together but should be posted by the copywriter.
Fill a questionnaire. Check out this questionnaire template. The client should respond to all questions, and post the answers in the discussion.
Next step is to come up with the persona. Create a sample persona based on what the client sent as brief. Post in the discussion.
Create a problem statement and post in the discussion
Create a UVP based on this template - Link. Post the summary UVP of the product or service in the discussion
Based on all the information above. Create a 1000-word landing page copy, based on this site design template. Make a copy of this working doc template and collaborate in the doc.
