Elujoba There're two ways to learn Wordpress. Wordpress development with builders such as (Elementor or Oxygen), and Wordpress development with custom code.
For beginners, I advise starting with the builder route.

Install Local App for offline wordpress development
Install Elementor plugin and Hello theme on wordpress
Take a tutorial on how to use Elementor. I'd recommend this guy's channel - Rino Deboer
